4-Inch Coil-Over Suspension Lift Kit w/ FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Shocks

The BDS Suspension BDS1533FPE is a 4-inch coil-over suspension lift kit engineered to maximize the performance and capability of 2015-2020 Ford F150 4WD trucks. This kit integrates proprietary FOX Performance Elite 2.5 remote reservoir coil-over shocks, designed for bolt-on performance, increased travel, and superior absorption of rough terrain while providing smooth on-road comfort. It includes all necessary components for a complete front suspension lift, featuring high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets with a skid plate for off-road protection, and heavy-duty CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles to correct suspension and steering geometry. Key features of the FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks include a 2.5-inch impact-extruded aluminum body, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, and an external reservoir design that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen. The standard DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster offers remarkable versatility and precise tuning with two adjuster knobs, providing 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels. These shocks are fully serviceable for a lifetime of use and come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. In the rear, the kit utilizes high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to achieve a level stance, complemented by perfectly tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The included rear shocks feature a 2-inch impact-extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, and application-specific valving for optimized performance. Important fitment notes indicate that this kit requires frame bracket modification. 18-inch or larger diameter wheels are required, and stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20-inch wheels can accommodate up to 305/60-20 tires. Additionally, 18-inch wheels with 5-5.5 inches of total backspacing should be test-fitted for clearance with the BDS steering knuckle. This kit will not fit HD models (7-lug). The 4-inch rear blocks will result in a level or slightly tail-low stance, while 5-inch blocks would provide a tail-high stance.
