4-Inch DPF Delete Race Pipe

The Spelab 4-inch DPF Delete Race Pipe is designed to replace the factory Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) on 2017-2019 L5P 6.6 Duramax Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD models. By removing the DPF, which can become clogged and impede exhaust flow, this race pipe allows for improved fuel efficiency, potentially increasing mileage from 13-14 mpg to 18-19 mpg. It also eliminates the need for DPF cleaning and maintenance, and prevents costly DPF-related repairs. Constructed from T-409 stainless steel with a 2mm thickness, the pipe features mandrel-bent construction to ensure maximum flow efficiency, allowing your diesel engine to breathe more freely. Installation is estimated to take about 1 hour with basic hand tools, though some cutting may be required for certain vehicle configurations like shorter wheelbase trucks. Crucially, a DPF delete requires a compatible tuner to prevent check engine lights and diagnostic trouble codes, and Spelab offers these tuning solutions. This Downpipe-Back exhaust system must be used in conjunction with Spelab's downpipe, as the factory downpipe has an integrated SCR assembly that requires Spelab's downpipe for proper connection. This product fits crew cab short bed and crew cab long bed models, but it will not fit 3500/4500/5500 Cab & Chassis commercial style trucks.
