4-Inch Front 2.5-Inch Rear Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS1609FS lift kit is engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of your 2014-2018 Ram 2500 4WD gas-powered truck. This system provides a 4-inch lift in the front and a 2.5-inch lift in the rear, allowing for the installation of up to 35-inch tires. The front of the kit features gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, and a track bar bracket to correct steering geometry. It also includes bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned NX2 or FOX 2.0 nitrogen-charged shocks. The rear of the kit utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket for proper axle positioning, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and matching NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance shocks. Installation of this kit is rated as difficult and is estimated to take 6-8 hours. Special tools such as a unibit, step drill bit, pitman arm puller, and welder may be required. A note for 6.4L gas models specifies that exhaust modification is necessary to clear the front driveshaft; 5.7L gas models may also require this modification. The vehicle can be driven without the front driveshaft to an exhaust shop for these modifications.
