4-Inch Front / 5-Inch Rear Suspension Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit is engineered for the 2019-2020 Ford F-150 Raptor 4WD, offering a 4-inch front lift via cross-members and a 5-inch rear lift using blocks. This system is designed to maximize ground clearance and off-road capability with its high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers and a multi-piece differential relocation skid plate for added protection. Up front, the kit corrects steering geometry with massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, ensuring proper function and compatibility with the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. It also includes top-mounted strut spacers for easy installation and sway bar relocation brackets. In the rear, high-strength lift blocks and longer U-bolts are used to achieve a level stance, complemented by rear shock relocation brackets that accommodate the factory FOX internal bypass shocks. This kit allows for the use of up to 37-inch tires, with recommended wheel and tire fitments including 37x12.50 tires on 18x9 or 20x9 wheels with 5 to 5.5 inches of backspacing. Trimming may be required for optimal tire fitment. Installation of this kit requires frame bracket modification and some welding. Stock wheels cannot be reinstalled after the lift is applied. Additionally, it's important to check for proper tie rod end clearance when using 37x12.50 tires on 18x9 wheels with 5 inches of backspacing. A complete front-end alignment is necessary after installation.
