4-Inch Intake Kit

The WCFab WCF100344 is a 4-inch intake kit specifically engineered for 2017-2019 GM Duramax L5P 6.6L diesel engines, including the Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD. This high-flow system replaces restrictive factory plastic intake parts with a fabricated aluminum intake pipe and an aluminum air box enclosure. The kit aims to improve engine performance by significantly increasing airflow to the turbo, leading to potential gains in horsepower and torque, quicker throttle response, and cooler intake temperatures. The design utilizes smooth, aerodynamic bends in the 4-inch piping to enhance intake air velocity and volume, also contributing to a more aggressive engine and turbo sound. Included components feature a dry air filter with a hydrophobic Outerwear's pre-filter cover to help protect the MAF sensor, turbo, and engine airways from contaminants. The air box lid is removable for easy filter inspection and maintenance. The kit integrates with the factory hood's ram air ducting for optimal cold air intake. Installation is straightforward with basic hand tools, and the kit is designed as a direct bolt-on with no tuning required. It is compatible with stock trucks, meaning no other modifications or upgrades are necessary for fitment.
