4-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit provides a comprehensive upgrade for your 2010-2013 Ford F150 Raptor 4WD. Engineered to maximize ground clearance and strength, this system features high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers and a protective front skid plate. Heavy-duty, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles are included to correct steering geometry and maintain proper function, including Electronic Stability Control (ESC) compatibility. The front lift utilizes top-mounted strut spacers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, sway bar relocation brackets, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit incorporates high-strength lift blocks and longer u-bolts to achieve a level stance. Rear shock relocation brackets are provided to maintain the factory FOX internal bypass rear shocks, ensuring optimal performance. This lift system is designed to allow for the upgrade to 37-inch tires, enhancing off-road performance and aesthetics. The kit is built with BDS's proven high-clearance design principles for durability and protection. Installation of this kit is rated as difficult and is estimated to take 8-10 hours, requiring specialized tools such as a cutoff tool, reciprocating saw, and a welder. Note that required frame bracket modification and welding are part of the installation process. Additionally, stock wheels cannot be installed with this kit; 37x12.50 tires on 18x9 wheels with a 5-inch backspacing are recommended, with a check for proper tie rod end clearance. This system is FMVSS No.126 Compliant. Shocks are not included with this kit.
