4-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit is engineered to elevate the performance and aesthetics of your Ram 3500 diesel. This comprehensive system features diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs for a smooth ride, heavy-duty replacement radius arms that offer caster adjustment and OE-style rubber bushings at the frame mounts for quiet operation, and a forged drop pitman arm paired with a track bar drop bracket to optimize steering geometry and recenter the front axle. The kit also includes front sway bar relocation brackets and brake line brackets. Installation requires a T-case indexing ring and a new transmission crossmember to correct front driveline angles and allow the use of factory front driveshafts. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block and longer u-bolts. Buyers can choose between NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series nitrogen-charged shocks, or the premium FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series shocks with adjustable compression. This kit is designed to accommodate up to 35-inch tires, with specific wheel and backspace recommendations provided for optimal fitment and clearance, though some trimming may be required. The kit offers options for rear lift blocks based on whether the truck is equipped with factory rear overload leaf springs, and the indexing ring is available in either a 6-bolt (standard) or 8-bolt configuration for specific Aisin transmissions.
