4-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch radius arm lift kit is engineered to elevate your 2019-2024 Ram 3500 4WD gas truck, enhancing its stance, performance, and off-road capability. This comprehensive kit is designed to accommodate up to 37-inch tires, allowing for greater flexibility and adaptability on various terrains. Up front, the kit features high-strength tubular radius arms that replace the factory stamped steel components, offering improved strength and caster control. Progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs are included to provide a smooth and predictable ride across diverse terrains while achieving the correct lift height. For optimized steering geometry after lifting, a forged drop pitman arm is supplied to minimize steering angle, complemented by a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to maintain axle centering and keep components in phase through suspension travel. Front sway bar relocation components are also included to preserve handling performance. To address driveline angles at the new height, the kit incorporates a heavy-duty transmission crossmember and a transfer case indexing ring, enabling the use of the factory front driveshaft. In the rear, a high-strength fabricated lift block and longer u-bolts are provided for the lift. Buyers can select their preferred shock absorbers from three options: BDS NX2 Nitro Series shocks (nitrogen-charged, twin-tube design), FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP shocks (2-inch aluminum body, monotube design), or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series IFP shocks (2.5-inch aluminum body with DSC adjusters for enhanced off-road capabilities). Fitment for the rear lift option depends on whether your RAM truck is equipped with factory Rear Overload Leaf springs. Trimming may be required for tire and wheel fitment, with recommended sizes including 35x12.5 or 37x12.5 tires on 17-inch or 20-inch wheels, depending on backspacing.
