Description

The BDS Suspension 4-Inch Lift Kit is engineered to significantly upgrade the performance and capability of 2019-2024 4WD Diesel Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks. This comprehensive kit enhances the truck's stance and off-road prowess while maintaining favorable on-road handling characteristics. It incorporates high-clearance, 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers for increased ground clearance and strength, along with a robust front skid plate system. Upfront, the kit addresses steering geometry correction with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, ensuring Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system compatibility. It also includes top-mounted strut spacers, differential relocation brackets, sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers. In the rear, a heavy-duty lift block is provided to level the stance, along with new u-bolts and brake line brackets. Buyers can choose between NX2 Nitro or premium FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for the rear. Installation of this BDS Suspension Lift Kit is described as difficult and requires professional installation. The kit is specifically designed for 2019-2024 4WD 3.0L Duramax GMC Sierra 1500 models. It explicitly excludes Trail Boss models. The kit allows for the fitment of tires up to 35 inches in diameter, with specific wheel backspace recommendations provided for optimal fitment.
