4-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit is engineered to elevate the stance, performance, and capability of your Chevy Silverado ZR2 and GMC AT4X 1500 trucks. Designed for a noticeable improvement, this kit offers clearance for tires up to 35-37 inches in diameter. It incorporates BDS's signature high-clearance design, maximizing ground clearance and providing robust off-road protection. The kit also meticulously corrects suspension and steering geometry, ensuring superior on-road handling and drivability. Up front, this comprehensive kit includes top-mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch-thick steel crossmembers, a multi-piece differential relocation bracket, and heavy-duty skid plates for underbody protection. Steering geometry is precisely managed with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, crucial for maintaining compatibility with the vehicle's Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, and brake line brackets are also included, providing a complete front suspension upgrade. In the rear, a heavy-duty lift block replaces the stock component to achieve a leveled stance while preserving ride quality and load capacity. New U-bolts and shock relocation brackets are installed to ensure proper function of the factory Multimatic shock system. It is critical to note that this kit is exclusively compatible with trucks equipped with Multimatic shocks.
