4-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit is engineered to significantly upgrade the performance, capability, and stance of Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks from 2025-2026. This comprehensive system is designed to provide clearance for up to 33-inch tires, improving ground clearance and off-road protection through its high-clearance design. The front of the kit features top-mounted strut spacers, robust 1/4-inch thick high-arched steel crossmembers, and a multi-piece differential relocation system. Heavy-duty skid plates are included for enhanced underbody protection. Steering geometry is meticulously corrected using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, ensuring proper steering angles and maintaining compatibility with the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. The kit also includes sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers for a complete front suspension overhaul. In the rear, a heavy-duty lift block replaces the stock component to achieve a leveled stance while preserving factory ride quality and load capacity. Precision-tuned NX2 Nitro or premium FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks are offered for the rear, contributing to improved ride and off-road performance. This kit is specifically designed for 4WD Diesel and 2.7 Gas models of the 2025-2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500. It includes a Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty.
