4-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch suspension lift kit is engineered to elevate the stance and capability of your Chevy Silverado ZR2 or GMC Sierra AT4X 1500 equipped with the 3.0 Duramax engine. Designed to accommodate tires up to 35-37 inches, this kit enhances both off-road performance and on-road handling through a proven high-clearance design. Up front, the kit incorporates top-mounted strut spacers, robust 1/4-inch-thick steel crossmembers with a high-arched design, and a multi-piece differential relocation bracket system. Heavy-duty skid plates offer significant off-road protection. Steering geometry is precisely maintained with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, ensuring compatibility with the vehicle's Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. Additional components include sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, and brake line brackets for a complete front suspension upgrade. In the rear, a heavy-duty lift block replaces the stock unit, preserving ride quality and load capacity.
