4-Inch Lift Kit

Enhance your 2005-2007 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty gas truck with this 4-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension. Engineered to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit offers clearance for up to 35" tires and includes all necessary components for installation. Up front, the kit features gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs for a smooth and predictable ride, heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms that correct caster and maximize ground clearance, a forged drop pitman arm to minimize steering angle, and a track bar drop bracket to keep the front axle centered. Sway bar relocation and brake line brackets are also included, paired with precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks (either NX2 Nitro Series or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series). In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength steel lift block and a u-bolt flip kit for increased ground clearance. Brake line brackets are also provided. Buyers can choose between a block kit (with or without factory overloads) or a full leaf spring replacement option, which reduces axle wrap and maintains factory payload ratings. Installation is described as easy and 100% bolt-on. Recommended tire and wheel combinations include 35x12.5 tires with 18" or 20" diameter wheels with 4.5 inches of backspace, though some trimming may be required.
