4-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit is engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2005-2007 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty gas trucks. This kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires, allowing for larger off-road rubber. The 4-link conversion system optimizes suspension geometry, improving handling, stability, and strength by converting factory radius arms to HD upper and lower control arms mounted with high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets. This setup corrects axle positioning and limits caster change. Steering geometry is refined with a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to maintain proper angles and recenter the front axle. In the rear, the base kit features fabricated steel lift blocks for a level stance and includes longer u-bolts. Buyers can choose between the NX2 Nitro Series shocks, featuring a twin-tube design with nitrogen-charged, velocity-sensitive valving, or the FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, offering an aluminum body, monotube design, and application-specific valving for maximum off-road performance. Installation is described as easy and 100% bolt-on. The kit is designed for 4WD gas models of the 2005-2007 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty. Recommended tire and wheel combinations for 35-inch tires are provided, with the note that some trimming may be required. The rear lift option can be configured with a block kit (with or without factory overloads) or with leaf springs, which eliminate the need for a lift block and reduce axle wrap.
