4-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch lift system is engineered to elevate the performance and capability of 2021-2025 Ford F150 trucks, offering an improved stance and clearance for tires up to 35 inches. This system leverages BDS's robust high-clearance design, enhancing ground clearance and off-road durability while meticulously correcting suspension and steering geometry to ensure excellent on-road handling characteristics. Up front, the kit features high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate for superior off-road protection. Massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles are included to correct steering geometry at the new ride height, working with replacement tie rod ends to maintain proper steering angles and Electronic Stability Control (ESC) compatibility. The front end also includes sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts for a comprehensive lift setup. In the rear, the system utilizes high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to achieve a level stance. Buyers can choose between standard NX2 Nitro shocks, featuring nitrogen-charged twin-tube design and 10-stage valving, or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, which offer an IFP monotube design with application-specific valving for maximum performance. Important compatibility notes include: 18-inch or larger diameter wheels are required; stock 20-inch wheels can accommodate up to a 305/60R20 tire. This kit does NOT fit diesel models, Tremor models, or models with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping). Trucks with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require a carrier bearing shim kit (not included). Additionally, recalibration of ADAS systems may be necessary after installation, with associated costs being the owner's responsibility.
