4-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit is engineered to enhance the performance, capability, and stance of 2015-2020 Ford F150 4WD trucks. This comprehensive kit provides the necessary components for a 4-inch suspension lift, enabling the fitment of up to 35-inch tires. The design prioritizes improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection through high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers and a multi-piece differential skid plate. Up front, the kit corrects steering geometry with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, ensuring proper function and Electronic Stability Control (ESC) compatibility. Sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts are also included for a complete front suspension upgrade. In the rear, high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer U-bolts are used to achieve a level stance. Buyers can choose between BDS's NX2 Nitro Series shocks or upgrade to FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for enhanced damping and performance. Important considerations for installation and fitment include: 18-inch or larger diameter wheels are required; stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to a 305/60-20 tire. An e-brake bracket (123018) is required for factory power steps. Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4-inch block. Models equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406. Crucially, this kit will not fit HD models (7-lug).
