4 Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4 Inch Lift Kit is engineered to enhance the performance and capability of 2015-2020 Ford F-150 4WD pickup trucks. This system offers a smooth ride and reliable on-road handling, combined with impressive off-road performance and the clearance needed for up to 35-inch tires. The front of the kit includes one-piece, laser-cut 1/4" steel crossmembers, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, differential relocation brackets, a heavy-duty differential skid plate, upper strut mount spacers to maintain OE ride quality, bump stop extensions, and sway bar relocation components. In the rear, the kit utilizes a 4-inch offset pin block that recenters the rear axle and replaces the factory block to achieve a level stance and eliminate block stacking. Rear brake line extensions are also included, along with a choice of rear BDS-NX² series or Fox 2.0 shocks. The system is certified compliant with NHTSA's FMVSS No. 126 standards, ensuring it does not adversely affect the factory Electronic Stability Control (ESC) systems on 2015-16 models. Additionally, all BDS kits come with the Factory Protection Plus Program, a No Fine Print Warranty, and a 5-year/60,000-mile drivetrain warranty. Important installation notes include requiring 18-inch or larger diameter wheels (stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled, and stock 20" wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires). 18-inch wheels with 5-5.5" of backspacing should be test-fitted to ensure clearance with the BDS steering knuckle. Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122405. Kits manufactured after July 1st will work on Diesel models. Frame bracket modification is required, and trimming may be necessary for certain tire and wheel combinations. The estimated installation time is 8-10 hours with a difficulty level of 4 out of 5.
