4-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch Lift Kit is engineered to significantly improve the stance, performance, and off-road capability of 2019-2024 4WD gas models of the Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500. This comprehensive kit provides a 4-inch front lift using top-mounted strut spacers and a 2-inch rear lift via heavy-duty blocks, allowing for the fitment of up to 33-inch tires. The design prioritizes high ground clearance with 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers and a robust front skid plate system for enhanced underbody protection. Suspension and steering geometry are corrected with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, ensuring proper function and compatibility with the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. Additional components like sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, and brake line brackets are included for a complete front suspension upgrade. In the rear, the kit incorporates new u-bolts and offers a choice of precision-tuned NX2 Nitro or premium FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks to complement the lift block. The kit includes a Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty. Important notes for installation include a requirement for frame bracket modification. Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference; however, stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled. Aftermarket wheels should be test-fitted for clearance against the steering knuckle, tie rod, and brake caliper. Models equipped with a mono-leaf rear spring require part #UBT4064, and the kit will not fit models equipped with ARC. 2.7L Turbo models require the Diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment.
