Rough Country's 4" Suspension Lift Kit for 1980-1996 Ford F-150 4WD (quad shock factory-equipped) provides increased ground clearance and a level stance. The kit features durable front coil springs, precision-engineered radius arm and axle drop brackets for optimal alignment, and fabricated rear lift blocks for strength. It includes performance-tuned N3 nitrogen-charged shock absorbers with a 10-stage variable valving system and 18mm spring-loaded piston rod. Optional replacement rear leaf springs are available.
