4 Inch Lift Kit w/ FOX 2.5 Coil-Overs

The BDS Suspension 4 Inch Lift Kit is engineered to elevate the performance and capability of your 2025-2026 Ram 1500 4WD truck. At its core are proprietary FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over shocks, designed for bolt-on performance that increases travel and effectively absorbs rough terrain while maintaining smooth on-road comfort. The kit aims to improve your truck's stance and overall performance, providing clearance for tires up to 35 inches in diameter. This kit incorporates BDS's signature high-clearance design, which not only maximizes ground clearance but also enhances strength and offers robust off-road protection. It meticulously corrects suspension and steering geometry to ensure excellent on-road handling. The front of the system features FOX coilover shocks, heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick high-arched steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and integrated skid plates for enhanced underbody protection. Steering geometry is precisely managed at the new ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, ensuring Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system compatibility. Additional components like sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, and CV spacers contribute to a comprehensive front suspension lift. In the rear, the kit utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, rear upper control arm relocation brackets to correct pinion angle, and a track bar relocation bracket for accurate axle positioning. Bump stop extensions and sway bar links are also included. The rear suspension is complemented by FOX 2.5 Performance Elite or FOX 2.0 IFP performance series gas shocks, further enhancing ride quality and off-road performance. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks feature a remote reservoir for increased fluid capacity and cooling, along with a DSC adjuster offering 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels for precise tuning. Note that RAMs equipped with factory 22-inch wheels require specific larger bore knuckles due to their wheel bearing assembly (reference build code WPM or WPZ). Recommended tire and wheel combinations include 35x12.5 with 18x9 or 20x9 wheels with 4.5 inches of backspacing, though some trimming may be required.
