4-Inch Lift Kit w/ FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Overs

The BDS Suspension 1802FPE/783FPE is a 4-inch lift suspension system engineered for 2020-2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD Diesel trucks. This kit is designed to enhance your truck's stance, performance, and off-road capability, offering clearance for up to 33-inch tires. At the forefront are the FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks, specifically designed for a bolt-on installation to provide increased travel and superior damping over rough terrain, while maintaining comfortable on-road manners. The front of the kit features BDS's high-clearance design, incorporating 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates for robust undercarriage protection. Steering geometry is meticulously corrected with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, ensuring compatibility with the vehicle's Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. Additional components include sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers, creating a comprehensive front suspension upgrade. In the rear, a heavy-duty lift block replaces the stock unit to achieve a level stance, preserving ride quality and load capacity. New u-bolts, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks are also included for the rear setup. This kit requires frame bracket modification for installation. Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference, though stock 20-inch wheels can be retained. Test fitting is recommended for 17-inch wheels with 4.5-inch backspacing to ensure clearance with the steering knuckle/tie rod, and all aftermarket wheels should be test fitted for brake caliper clearance.
