4-Inch Lift Kit w/ Rear Air Ride

The BDS Suspension 4-inch radius arm lift kit is engineered to elevate the stance, performance, and capability of factory rear air bag equipped Ram 3500 diesel trucks. This comprehensive kit allows for the fitment of up to 35-inch tires, with recommendations for 37-inch tires requiring specific wheel backspacing. Heavy-duty tubular radius arms replace the factory stamped steel arms, offering improved strength, handling, and caster adjustment with OE-style rubber bushings for quiet operation. Steering geometry is optimized with a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to maintain alignment through suspension travel and recenter the front axle. A transmission crossmember and transfer case indexing ring are supplied to correct front driveline angles and enable the use of factory front driveshafts. In the rear, the kit incorporates high-strength fabricated lift blocks, heavy-duty air bag spacers, and longer u-bolts. Buyers can choose between two shock options: the NX2 Nitro Series, featuring a twin-tube design, 10-stage valving, and dual-welded ends, or the FOX 2.0 Performance Series, which boasts an impact-extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston monotube design, and application-specific valving. The indexing ring option accommodates different transfer case bolt patterns, with the 8-bolt kit including an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal for Aisin heavy-duty 6-speed transmissions. This lift kit is specifically designed for 2019-2024 4WD Ram 3500 diesel models equipped with OE air ride systems. It also fits dually models with the 8-bolt Aisin transmission.
