4-Inch Lift Kit with 4-Link Conversion

The BDS Suspension BDS1565FS is a comprehensive 4-inch lift kit engineered for dual rear wheel Ford F350 Super Duty diesel trucks, aimed at enhancing stance, performance, and overall capability. This kit converts the factory radius arms to a BDS 4-link system, optimizing suspension geometry for improved handling, stability, and strength. The bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets to correct axle positioning and limit caster changes. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs for a balanced lift and a smooth ride, along with 4-link control arms and conversion brackets. A forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar bracket are included to correct steering geometry and keep the front axle centered during suspension travel. In the rear, a fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, and brake line brackets are provided to achieve a level stance. The kit comes standard with NX2 Nitro shocks but offers an upgrade option to FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, featuring a 2-inch impact-extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC-machined mounting ends, a 5/8-inch hard chrome plated shaft, race-developed piston, and application-specific valving. Installation is designed to be 100% bolt-on. However, a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs is required. For vehicles equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit (BDS123402) may be necessary. Additionally, 37 x 12.50-inch tires might require minor trimming. The net rear lift will vary depending on the height of the factory leaf spring block, which must be removed. This kit is designed for 2020-2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel models with dual rear wheels.
