4-Inch Lift Kit with 4-Link Conversion

The BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion is engineered to significantly enhance the stance, performance, and capability of your 2019-2023 4WD diesel Ram 3500 truck, allowing for clearance of up to 37-inch tires. This comprehensive kit features a front 4-link conversion that replaces the factory radius arms, optimizing suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. It includes high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets for mounting HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning and limiting caster change throughout wheel travel. Steering geometry is optimized with a forged drop pitman arm to minimize steering angle and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep the front axle centered. To accommodate the lift at this height, the transfer case requires indexing. This kit includes an HD transmission crossmember and a t-case indexing ring to correct front driveline angles, enabling the use of factory driveshafts. The rear suspension utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block and longer u-bolts for the specified lift height. Shock options include BDS NX2 Nitro Series (nitrogen-charged, twin-tube, 10-stage valving, dual-welded ends) or FOX Performance Series (2-inch IFP monotube, application-specific valving) or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series (external reservoir, DSC adjuster). The 6-bolt indexing ring is standard, with an optional 8-bolt kit available for Ram trucks equipped with the optional Aisin heavy-duty 6-speed transmission, which features an 8-bolt transfer case mounting pattern. The 8-bolt kit also includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal.
