4-Inch Lift Kit with 4-Link Conversion

The BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion is engineered for 2019-2024 RAM 2500 4WD diesel trucks, designed to enhance stance, performance, and off-road capability. This comprehensive kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires, allowing for larger wheel and tire combinations. Up front, the kit features diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs and heavy-duty 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts. These components optimize suspension geometry, improving handling characteristics and stability while limiting caster change. The kit also includes a forged drop pitman arm and a track bar bracket to correct steering angles and re-center the front axle. Additionally, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned NX2 or FOX 2.0 nitrogen-charged shocks are included. In the rear, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs are utilized to ensure a smooth and predictable ride across various terrains. A track bar relocation bracket is provided to correct axle positioning, along with bump stop extensions and sway bar links. To address driveline angles at this lift height, the kit includes an indexing ring and a new transmission crossmember, allowing for the use of the factory front driveshaft. The kit offers a choice between BDS NX2 Nitro Series shocks, known for their twin-tube design and 10-stage valving, or FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP shocks, featuring an impact-extruded aluminum body and application-specific valving. For enhanced off-road performance, an optional FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series shock upgrade is available, featuring an external reservoir and Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster.
