4-Inch Lift Kit with 4-Link Conversion

The BDS Suspension BDS1720FS is a comprehensive 4-inch suspension lift kit engineered for 2019-2024 Ram 3500 diesel trucks featuring factory air suspension. This kit provides a significant upgrade in stance, performance, and off-road capability, while also accommodating up to 35-inch tires. It also includes heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm to minimize steering angle, a track bar drop bracket for axle recentering and alignment through suspension travel, sway bar relocation hardware, and brake line brackets. This assembly is completed with your choice of precision-tuned NX2 or FOX 2.0 nitrogen-charged shocks. At the rear, the kit includes a high-strength fabricated lift block and heavy-duty air bag spacers to maintain the functionality of the OE air ride system, along with longer U-bolts for secure mounting. Matching NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance shocks are also provided for the rear suspension. To ensure proper driveline geometry with the increased lift, this kit requires transfer case indexing. BDS Suspension supplies an indexing ring and a new transmission crossmember to facilitate this modification, allowing the use of the factory front driveshaft. The integrated 4-link conversion replaces the factory radius arms with a robust system that optimizes suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and caster control throughout the suspension's travel.
