4-Inch Lift Kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-over Shocks

The BDS Suspension 4-inch Lift Kit enhances your Chevy Trail Boss or GMC AT4 1500 truck with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks, improving ride quality, performance, and overall capability. This comprehensive kit offers clearance for up to 35-inch tires and features proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed for increased travel and superior terrain absorption while maintaining on-road comfort. The kit utilizes BDS's high-clearance design to maximize ground clearance and strength, while also correcting suspension and steering geometry for optimal handling. Front components include top-mounted strut spacers, high-strength upper control arms with 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction, indexed ball joint cups for additional down travel, durometer-specific rubber bushings, and greaseable ball joints. The front also includes 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, a multi-piece differential relocation bracket system, and heavy-duty skid plates for off-road protection. Steering geometry is maintained with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, ensuring ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, and brake line brackets are also included. In the rear, a heavy-duty lift block is provided to level the stance, retaining ride quality and load capacity. New u-bolts and brake line brackets are also supplied. Buyers can choose between NX2 Nitro or premium FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for the rear. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks feature a remote reservoir for increased fluid capacity and cooling, along with a DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster offering 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels. The FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks have a 2-inch impact-extruded aluminum body and an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design. This kit is designed for 2020-2024 4WD Diesel models of the Chevy Trail Boss and GMC AT4 1500. Recommended tire and wheel fitment includes 34x12.50 tires with 17" or 18" wheels with 4.5" backspacing, or 35x12.50 tires with 20" wheels and 6.25" backspacing. Trimming may be required.
