The BDS Suspension 4-inch coilover suspension lift kit is engineered to transform your 2019-2024 4WD Ram 1500, offering a significant upgrade in performance and capability for both on-road and off-road driving. This comprehensive kit features proprietary FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over shocks upfront, designed for bolt-on installation, increased suspension travel, and superior damping for rough terrain while ensuring a smooth on-road ride. The rear is equipped with either FOX 2.0 Performance Series or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks. The system leverages BDS's high-clearance design with 1/4-inch-thick, laser-cut steel crossmembers to maximize ground clearance and provide robust protection. Heavy-duty skid plates further enhance undercarriage defense. Steering geometry is meticulously corrected at the new ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, ensuring the proper function of the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. The kit also includes multipiece differential relocation brackets to secure the front axle and optimize CV angles, along with CV spacers, sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, and stainless steel braided brake lines. In the rear, progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide a balanced lift and comfortable ride. The kit incorporates rear upper control arm relocation brackets to correct pinion angle and a track bar relocation bracket to center the axle.
