4-Inch Lift Kit with Front and Rear Shocks

The BDS Suspension BDS1633FS is a comprehensive 4-inch lift kit engineered for 2014-2018 Ram 2500 gas models that feature factory rear air suspension. This system is designed to enhance your truck's aesthetic appeal and off-road prowess by lifting it by 4 inches in the front and 3.5 inches in the rear, while also accommodating up to 35-inch tires. For steering correction, the kit incorporates a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to maintain proper geometry and keep the front axle centered throughout suspension travel. The rear setup utilizes heavy-duty air bag spacers and a track bar relocation bracket to ensure correct axle positioning and maintain the full range of motion for the factory air suspension. This kit includes precision-tuned NX2 or FOX 2.0 nitrogen-charged shocks for improved damping and control. BDS also provides new air ride leveling sensor brackets, ensuring that the factory ride height sensors are repositioned correctly to maintain the original functionality and range of the air suspension system. Installation is rated as moderately difficult and is estimated to take 6-8 hours. Please note that 6.4L Gas models will require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft and potentially the passenger's 4-link bracket. 5.7L Gas models may also require modification, though not in all cases. The vehicle can be driven without the front driveshaft to an exhaust shop for modification. This kit is specifically for OE Air Ride systems only.
