4-Inch Long Arm Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit with long arm conversion is engineered to elevate the performance and capability of your 2005-2007 Dodge RAM 2500 Power Wagon 4WD Gas vehicle. This comprehensive kit is designed to improve both on-road handling and off-road prowess, providing the clearance necessary to accommodate up to 37-inch tires. The system retains the factory triangulation of the arms for enhanced stability. Up front, the kit features gas-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs for a smooth and predictable ride, along with a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket to correct steering geometry and re-center the front axle. In the rear, heavy-duty cast iron blocks (available in 3-1/2" or 4" diameter to match your axle) with tapered surfaces and offset pins are utilized to achieve the desired lift and restore axle positioning. This kit offers a choice between BDS NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, both designed to improve ride quality and off-road performance. The NX2 shocks feature a twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, while the FOX shocks boast an IFP monotube design with application-specific valving. The rear blocks are constructed from durable cast iron, tapered for proper pinion angle, and feature an offset steel pin and hole to correctly position the axle. Alternatively, a multi-leaf progressive rear spring option is available, which eliminates the need for lift blocks, reduces axle wrap, and maintains factory payload ratings. Recommended tire and wheel setup for this kit is a 36 x 12.5 tire with a 17 x 9 wheel with 5 inches of backspace, though some trimming may be required.
