The Clayton Off-Road 4-Inch Long Arm Suspension Lift Kit with Rear 5-Inch Stretch is engineered to enhance both on-road comfort and off-road capability for your 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ. This kit provides a 4-inch lift with a 5-inch rear stretch, improving maneuverability over obstacles and increasing ground clearance while maintaining stability through adjustable control arms and track bar. The system includes a triangulated four-link axle truss for enhanced articulation and better traction on rough terrain. It is designed to accommodate up to 35-inch tires and includes components such as long front and rear control arms, front and rear coil springs, frame brackets, brake lines, and a drop pitman arm. Installation of this kit requires drilling and welding, with an approximate installation time of 5 hours and a designation of 'mechanical expertise or professional installation required.' Furthermore, this suspension kit necessitates several additional components for proper installation and function. These include a new gas tank, a longer rear driveshaft, a CV-style front driveshaft, custom exhaust modifications, hardline extensions for brake lines, and an SYE kit.
