The CorkSport 4-Inch Intake System is a performance air intake designed to feed your engine more air for increased power potential. It features a large 7-inch long air filter and a 4-inch diameter intake pipe for improved airflow. The system includes a billet aluminum MAF housing with air straighteners for accurate readings and is constructed from mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing with a wrinkle black powder coat finish.

The CorkSport 4-Inch Intake System is engineered for high-performance Mazdapeed 3 models looking to maximize their power potential. This intake is designed to support over 900whp by increasing the maximum amount of air your engine can ingest and expanding the MAF sensor's operational range. It features a large 7-inch long air filter with a 4.5-inch MAF inlet, ensuring sufficient airflow capacity. The system boasts a robust construction, including mandrel-bent 4-inch 6061 aluminum tubing for smooth airflow and a TIG-welded billet aluminum MAF housing with pre-installed air straighteners for stable and accurate readings, which is crucial for tuning. The intake pipe is finished in a durable wrinkled black powder coat, and it includes a 4-ply reinforced silicone coupler (with options for 4.0", 3.5", or OEM compressor housings) and stainless steel T-bolt clamps to ensure a leak-free seal. Installation requires a professional tune to scale the MAF sensor for the larger diameter housing. Additionally, modifications are necessary for the battery setup: you will need to relocate and/or decrease the size of your battery and battery box, and potentially adjust wiring harnesses. The CorkSport 51R Battery Box is recommended for compatibility. Certain intercooler piping configurations may also not work with this intake system.
