4-Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch radius arm lift kit is engineered to elevate the performance and aesthetics of your Ram 3500 4WD diesel (2019-2024). This comprehensive system is designed to improve your truck's stance, capability, and on and off-road performance, while providing ample clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit features diesel-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs for a smooth and predictable ride across varied terrains. Heavy-duty tubular radius arms replace the factory units, offering improved strength, caster adjustment, and OE-style rubber bushings for quiet operation. Steering geometry is optimized with a forged drop pitman arm to minimize steering angle and a track bar drop bracket to maintain proper axle centering. Brake line brackets and sway bar relocation components are also included. To ensure correct driveline angles at this lift height, the kit incorporates a transfer case indexing ring and a new transmission crossmember. In the rear, a fabricated 2-inch lift block and longer u-bolts are provided. Buyers can choose between BDS NX2 Nitro Series shocks, FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series shocks, each offering distinct performance characteristics and features, from twin-tube nitrogen-charged designs to external reservoir monotube configurations with adjustable compression. This kit requires careful selection based on your vehicle's factory rear overload leaf configuration (with or without) and the transfer case bolt pattern (6-bolt standard, 8-bolt for Aisin transmissions). The 8-bolt option includes necessary internal shaft seal extensions and new seals. Recommended tire and wheel combinations include 32x12.50 with 17x9 wheels (4.5" backspace) or 37x12.50 with 17x9 or 20x9 wheels (5.625" backspace), though some trimming may be required.
