The BDS Suspension 1660PES is a 4-inch radius arm lift kit designed for 2019-2024 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD Diesel models. This kit features a FOX 2.5 Coil-Over Conversion for the front suspension, providing enhanced control and damping. The rear suspension is upgraded with FOX Performance Elite shocks. Heavy-duty tubular steel radius arms are included to correct caster and maximize ground clearance.

The BDS Suspension 1660PES lift kit is engineered to elevate the performance and capability of your 2019-2024 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD Diesel truck. At the forefront of this upgrade is the BDS Coilover Conversion Kit, featuring FOX Performance Elite 2.5 coilovers. These provide superior on- and off-road control, plush ride quality, and precise damping. Complementing the front, FOX Performance Elite 2.5 shocks are included for the rear, ensuring smooth and controlled suspension performance across varied terrain. Optional FOX 2.0 hydraulic bump stops are available for the front to further enhance control during hard impacts or landings. This kit offers a 4-inch lift in the front using a coil-over system and a 2.5-inch lift in the rear via coil springs. The estimated installation time is 7-8 hours, and it is considered a difficult installation, requiring specialty tools such as a ball joint separation tool, cut-off wheel, plasma cutter, and welding equipment. Important fitment notes: This kit is exclusively for Diesel models and will not fit air ride equipped models. Additionally, due to increased wheel travel, an aftermarket driveshaft is required for proper installation and operation. It is compatible with 2019-2024 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD Diesel and 2024 Dodge Ram 2500 ALL Diesel configurations.
