4-Inch Radius Arm Suspension Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS1524FPE is a comprehensive 4-inch radius arm suspension lift kit engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2017-2019 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel trucks. This kit is designed to provide clearance for up to 37-inch tires. At the front, the kit integrates diesel-specific FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-over shocks. These shocks feature aluminum bodies for better heat dispersion, remote reservoirs for increased fluid capacity, and DSC adjusters allowing for 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression adjustments. In place of the factory stamped steel arms, BDS provides heavy-duty tubular radius arms that mount in the factory location and offer caster adjustment. A forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket are included to optimize steering geometry, correct steering angle, and recenter the front axle. The rear of the truck is lifted using a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, and brake line brackets. A matching set of FOX Performance shocks is also included for the rear. Installation is rated as moderate, with an estimated time of 4-5 hours, and requires tools such as a cutoff tool and pitman arm puller. Important notes for installation and fitment: If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit (BDS123402) may be required. Minor trimming may be necessary for 37 x 12.50 tires. Customers should verify their truck's factory rear leaf spring pack configuration (2-leaf or 3-leaf main) and order the correct option. If the truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar, part number 123005 should be added.
