4-Inch Radius Arm Suspension Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS1699FPE is a 4-inch radius arm suspension lift kit engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2019-2025 Ram 2500 gas-powered trucks, allowing for up to 35-inch tires. This comprehensive kit replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with high-strength tubular arms that mount in the original location and provide caster adjustment. These arms feature OE-style rubber bushings at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, and maintenance-free operation. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, a forged drop pitman arm, a heavy-duty track bar bracket to correct steering geometry and keep suspension components in phase, sway bar relocation brackets, and brake line brackets. Precision-tuned NX2 or FOX 2.0 nitrogen-charged shocks are included to optimize ride quality and suspension travel. For rear lift, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs are utilized, along with a track bar relocation bracket to ensure proper axle positioning, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links. A matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance shocks complements the rear suspension setup. Due to the lift height, an indexing ring and a new transmission crossmember are supplied to correctly position the transfer case for use with the factory front driveshaft.
