4-Inch Radius Arm Suspension System

The BDS Suspension 4-inch radius arm lift kit is engineered to provide a commanding stance for your 2014-2018 Ram 2500 gas-powered truck with factory rear air ride, while preserving ride quality and factory geometry. This comprehensive kit allows for up to 35" x 12.5" tire clearance and includes integrated caster correction for optimized handling right from installation. Up front, you'll find Pro-Ride coil springs, designed with high-tensile steel and progressive rates for the specified lift height. Heavy-duty tubular radius arms replace the factory stamped steel components and offer caster adjustment. The kit also includes a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to recenter the front axle and minimize steering angle, along with relocated sway bar components and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit incorporates heavy-duty air bag spacers to achieve a 2.5-inch lift. A track bar relocation bracket ensures the axle remains centered throughout suspension travel. Crucially, new air ride leveling sensor brackets are included to properly reposition your factory ride-height sensors, maintaining the full range of motion and function of the air suspension system. Bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of shocks complete the rear setup. Customers can choose between BDS NX2 Nitro Series shocks, tuned for a smooth and predictable ride, or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for enhanced damping and sharper response. It is important to note that this kit is specifically designed for 2014-2018 Ram 2500 gas models with factory rear air ride. It is not compatible with mechanical rear springs or diesel engine models. Maximum tire size is 35 x 12.5; larger tires may cause rubbing or clearance issues.
