4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS1523FS is a comprehensive 4-inch suspension lift kit engineered to enhance the performance, capability, and aesthetics of your 2015-2020 Ford F150 2WD truck. This system is designed to provide clearance for up to 35-inch tires, significantly improving its off-road presence and functionality. The front of the kit features high-arched, 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers and an integrated skid plate, forming a robust subframe for enhanced ground clearance and protection against off-road hazards. Massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles are included to correct steering geometry at the new ride height, ensuring proper function and compatibility with electronic stability control (ESC). Installation of this kit is rated as difficult and is estimated to take 8-10 hours, potentially requiring a cutoff tool or reciprocating saw. It includes a 4-inch block kit for the rear lift and FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. Note that 18-inch or larger diameter wheels are required, and stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled, though stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires. Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406, and frame bracket modification is necessary. This system is compatible with Diesel models but will not fit HD models (7 lug). It is also FMVSS No.126 Compliant.
