4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS1540FS is a comprehensive 4-inch suspension lift kit engineered to enhance the performance and aesthetics of 2017-2019 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks. By replacing the factory stamped steel radius arms with BDS's robust 4-link conversion system, this kit significantly optimizes suspension geometry. This upgrade not only adds substantial strength and stability but also improves handling characteristics for a more controlled driving experience. Constructed with high-strength 1/4" steel brackets, the BDS1540FS allows for the secure mounting of heavy-duty upper and lower control arms. The control arms feature large, greaseable bushings for longevity and smooth operation, and are finished in a durable textured black powder coat for lasting protection. The kit includes ProRide front dual-rate coil springs to achieve the 4-inch lift height while providing a balanced ride. To further enhance performance and appearance, the system offers a choice between rear lift blocks or GlideRide rear leaf springs for leveling the vehicle's stance and maintaining load capacity. For superior damping and off-road capability, the BDS1540FS is equipped with either NX2 gas shocks or FOX 2.0 IFP performance gas shocks. This 4-Link conversion offers additional strength and precise caster control during wheel travel. The package also includes a forged pitman arm and an HD track bar bracket to ensure correct steering angles and axle alignment.
