4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS1542H is a 4-inch suspension lift kit engineered to enhance the appearance and capability of 2017-2018 Ford F150 Raptor 4WD trucks. This system is designed to optimize the use of the factory FOX Shocks and preserve the full range of suspension travel, accommodating up to 37-inch tires. The kit incorporates BDS's high-clearance design, which improves ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection. It meticulously corrects suspension and steering geometry to ensure excellent on-road handling characteristics. The front of the kit features high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, a protective skid plate, and top-mounted strut spacers. Steering geometry is addressed with massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts. In the rear, the suspension lift is achieved using high-strength lift blocks and longer U-bolts to level the truck's stance. Rear shock relocation brackets are included to maintain the functionality of the FOX internal bypass rear shocks. Key components include heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut crossmembers that maximize ground clearance, paired with a front skid plate system for added protection.
