4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS588FS is a 4-inch suspension lift kit engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2011-2016 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel trucks. This comprehensive kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires, offering a significant upgrade for off-road and on-road use. It also includes heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets and a forged drop pitman arm to optimize steering geometry after lifting, minimizing steering angle. A heavy-duty track bar drop bracket is included to keep the front axle centered through the suspension's travel. Additional components for sway bar relocation and brake line mounting, along with precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks, complete the front setup. In the rear, the BDS588FS utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block and a u-bolt flip kit to maximize ground clearance. Brake line brackets are also provided, and the kit is paired with a choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX Performance shocks. Notes for installation specify that removal of the factory block is required. For models equipped with a factory 3-7/8" block, a rear add-a-leaf kit (#113218 for a level stance or #113209 for a tail-high stance) is recommended, though these do not apply to rear leaf spring equipped systems. Potential driveline vibrations are noted as rare, and a driveshaft alignment kit may be required for 2-piece driveshafts. Additionally, if the vehicle is equipped with a rear sway bar, part #123009 is required. U-bolts included will not work on dually models.
