4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit is engineered for 2015-2019 Chevrolet Suburban and Tahoe, and GMC Yukon 1500 models, designed to elevate your vehicle's stance, performance, and capability while accommodating up to 33-inch tires. This kit utilizes BDS's proven high-clearance design, offering enhanced ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection. It meticulously corrects suspension and steering geometry, ensuring excellent on-road handling characteristics. Up front, the system includes full-length replacement strut shocks, 1/4-inch thick high-arched steel crossmembers, and a multi-piece differential relocation bracket system with heavy-duty skid plates for robust off-road protection. In the rear, coil spring spacers are provided to achieve a level stance, complemented by precision-tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. Installation is rated as difficult and requires approximately 8 hours, along with specialized tools including a 36mm socket, cut-off wheel or saw, reciprocating saw, strut compressor, and welder. Frame bracket modification and welding are mandatory. While 20-inch wheels with 5 to 5-3/4 inch backspacing are recommended to minimize trimming, factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod interference. Note that this kit is incompatible with Auto-ride or Magna-ride suspension systems. AWD models may also require front driveline modification.
