4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit w/ 4-Link Conversion & NX2 Shocks

The BDS Suspension BDS1644FS is a 4-inch suspension lift kit engineered for 2013-2018 RAM 3500 diesel trucks equipped with the factory rear air ride option. This comprehensive system is designed to enhance your truck's stance, performance, and capability, offering clearance for tires up to 35 inches. At the front, the kit utilizes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs to achieve the 4-inch lift while providing a smooth and predictable ride. The 4-Link conversion replaces the factory radius arms with high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets and HD upper and lower control arms. This conversion optimizes suspension geometry, corrects axle positioning, limits caster change, and enhances overall strength and stability. For the rear, the BDS1644FS includes a high-strength fabricated 3-inch lift block, a heavy-duty air bag spacer, and longer u-bolts. The kit also comes with precision-tuned NX2 or FOX 2.0 nitrogen-charged shocks for both the front and rear, ensuring optimal damping and control. To correct steering geometry, a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket are included, which help minimize steering angles and keep the front axle centered. Installation is rated as moderate and is estimated to take 6-8 hours. Please note that for models equipped with a two-piece rear driveshaft, a carrier bearing drop is necessary. Additionally, some vehicles may require rear driveshaft spacer kit 122007 to ensure adequate rear driveshaft engagement.
