4-Inch Suspension Lift System

The BDS Suspension BDS1807FS is a 4-inch suspension lift system engineered to elevate the stance, performance, and capability of your Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss or GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 4WD diesel truck. The front suspension upgrades include top-mounted strut spacers, high-strength upper control arms, 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers with a high-arched design, and a multi-piece differential relocation bracket system. Heavy-duty skid plates are included for underbody protection. Steering geometry is precisely corrected using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, ensuring compatibility with the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. Additional front components include sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers. The rear of the truck is addressed with a heavy-duty lift block that installs in place of the stock block, maintaining ride quality and load capacity. New u-bolts and brake line brackets are also provided for the rear. This kit offers a choice between precision-tuned NX2 Nitro or premium FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The included HD Upper Control Arms (UCAs) are constructed from 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall tubular steel. They feature an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning for increased down travel and camber adjustment. The UCAs utilize durable, durometer-specific rubber bushings at the frame mounts for maintenance-free operation and quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet performance and longevity. This suspension system is specifically designed for the 2022-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and the 2020-2026 GMC Sierra 1500 models. It provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires, with some sources indicating fitment for up to 37-inch tires.
