4-Inch Suspension Lift System

The BDS Suspension BDS816FS is a 4-inch suspension lift system engineered to elevate the performance and capability of 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma 4WD trucks. This comprehensive kit is designed to improve your truck's stance, performance, and overall off-road readiness, providing clearance for up to 33-inch tires. This lift system incorporates BDS's signature high-clearance design, which significantly increases ground clearance, strength, and protection against off-road hazards. To ensure optimal on-road manners, the kit meticulously corrects suspension and steering geometry. The front of the system features top-mounted strut spacers, robust 1/4-inch thick steel high-arched crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates for undercarriage protection. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles are included to correct steering geometry, working with factory tie rod ends to maintain proper steering angles and Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and lower control arm cams are also provided for a complete front suspension upgrade. In the rear, the kit utilizes heavy-duty cast steel lift blocks and a brake line bracket, along with longer U-bolts to accommodate the lift. To further enhance the rear suspension's performance, you can choose between specially tuned NX2 Nitro Series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 IFP performance series gas shocks, both designed to provide improved damping performance and a better ride quality.
