4-Inch Turbo-Back Muffler-Less Exhaust System

The Spelab turbo-back exhaust system is a 4-inch or 5-inch muffler-less exhaust upgrade for 2023-2024 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine. Constructed from robust T409 stainless steel, this system is built for exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion, ensuring a long lifespan. Its muffler-delete design unleashes the raw sound of your Powerstroke engine for a more engaging driving experience. The 4-inch system optimizes exhaust pathways for improved efficiency and basic engine performance, while the larger 5-inch diameter version further streamlines exhaust gas flow, drastically reduces backpressure, and maximizes evacuation speed. This leads to more prominent improvements in horsepower, torque, and throttle responsiveness compared to the 4-inch model. The system features a single side exit. The kit includes necessary clamps, hangers, and hardware, though some OEM parts may be reused. An estimated install time is around 1 hour with basic tools. It is crucial to note that deleting the DPF, CAT, SCR, and DOC components disables emissions sensors. Therefore, a tuner with Powerstroke DPF delete capability is required to prevent check-engine lights or fault codes. This exhaust system is specifically designed for the 2023 and 2024 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty models with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine. It does not fit Cab & Chassis variants.
