The Unitronic 4 inch Turbo Inlet Elbow is engineered to provide a competitive edge for 2.5TFSI EVO (EA855) engines, specifically in the 8V.2 RS3 and 8S TTRS models. This upgrade offers a significant 28% increase in flow over the stock unit, making it capable of supporting the airflow demands of mainstream hybrid turbos on the market. It features a fully integrated PCV recirculation artery, ensuring proper crankcase ventilation while maintaining OEM PCV functionality. The elbow is designed using advanced 3D scanning and modeling for a perfect fit, utilizing OEM mounting points for a direct bolt-on installation. It also includes modular CNC-machined billet aluminum compressor inlet adapter rings, designed in collaboration with aftermarket turbo manufacturers to support various turbo upgrade solutions. Key features include smooth airflow transitions, CNC-machined mounting flanges, inlet, and outlets, and proven power, torque, and airflow gains. This product is a direct bolt-on fitment but does not work with the stock intake. Hardware included consists of the Unitronic 4" Turbo Inlet Elbow, a Unitronic Adapter Ring (available in 56.5 mm, 62.8 mm, 66 mm, or 70 mm), a silicone vacuum line, and all necessary mounting hardware.
