The IE Silicone Adapter from Integrated Engineering is engineered to seamlessly connect your IE 2.5T Carbon Fiber Intake system to a 4-inch turbo inlet. This adapter is specifically designed for 8V RS3 and 8S TTRS engines, simplifying the installation process when upgrading to a larger turbo inlet. It functions as a direct fit for the majority of aftermarket 4-inch turbo inlets not manufactured by IE. Constructed from a strong, multi-ply material, this adapter ensures durability and a reliable seal. The kit includes the essential silicone adapter and two clamps, providing everything needed for a straightforward installation. While designed for a direct fit, minor trimming of the adapter may occasionally be necessary depending on the specific brand of 4-inch turbo inlet. It's important to note that this adapter is not required if you are using an IE brand or stock turbo inlet pipe. This product is not currently legal for road use in California due to emissions regulations and cannot be sold or shipped to California addresses. Additionally, the product is subject to California's Prop 65 warning, which indicates it may expose users to chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive harm.
