The MAC 4-Into-1 Megaphone Complete System is a chrome-finished exhaust designed to provide a performance upgrade for specific Yamaha models. This 4-into-1 header exhaust system is engineered for the Yamaha XS1100S Special from 1979 to 1981 and the XJ1100 Maxim from 1982. The system features a large megaphone end that still allows access to the oil filter and oil plug, and importantly, retains the use of the centerstand. This design ensures functionality and ease of maintenance for the rider. The chrome finish provides a classic aesthetic suitable for vintage Japanese motorcycles. While the product is generally well-received for its fit and price, some users have reported issues with chrome quality upon arrival, such as peeling or flaking. Additionally, the advertised "removable" baffles may require drilling and tapping to remove, contrary to expectations of simpler removal with standard tools.
