High tensile strength steel is heat-treated, tempered and induction hardened to produce these heavy-duty Alloy USA rear axle shafts. This means you’ll be getting an axle shaft that is much as 40% stronger than your factory axle. Alloy USA™ offers a variety of spline counts for a wide variety of axles and uses the latest cold-rolled splining technology, to produce splines that are stronger than traditional cut splines.
